Oh did you like it? But yeah that’s him. Nico hasn’t said anything bad but I don’t see how anyone could stay with someone like that.
It was OK. I mean really well done to the girl who played Rae because she’s scottish and that’s a difficult accent to get rid off but she did really well. But tbh it was normal British fare. It was certainly grim and depressing in terms of surroundings. SMDH, people think most of Britain is like that.But I liked the storyline. Wouldn’t RP it lol as that anon kept asking but it was OK. THANK YOU SO MUCH, BABE! Girl, I was seeing Sam, then Samuel, then two Alfreds and I was like wait, wut? When I was reading, I thought that Mary was hooking up with Mercedes’ grandpa! LOL… Then, I saw the exchange in the flashback between Dwight and Alfred and I was like… NOPE - I’m confused. Lol. You’re a peach. Now, I can read puzzle-free.
No worries! When I was explaining it I was like ‘Does this make sense?’ LOLOL because I’d forgotten how tight we’d bound them all together. Mary hooking up with Mercedes’ grandpa?? That’s golden! Damn! Me and Chauncey missed a trick there!!! LOL it’s all so convoluted and interwoven. Poor Samcedes. Heehee.

Lol let me explain. So Dwight and Alfred, Sam and Mercedes’ dads respectively have never liked each other at all, right far back into the RP and what you find out is that they were best friends at Mckinley prepand both loved Mary, Sam’s mother-but she loved Alfred and Dwight was essentially the Matt character that currently is causing issues with Samcedes, in that triangle. There was also Patrice, Mercedes’ mother who was almost a Quinn type character. And what you find out through a series of flashbacks is that Alfred and Mary didn’t work out and Mary married Dwight and had Sam, and Alfred married Patrice and they had Mercedes. Sam’s mother in the present day is dead, killed in a car crash, although Dwight has always told Sam she was running away with her ski instructor lol. But there is a phone call flashback that has Alfred asking her to run away with him and her agreeing. That’s as far as the flashbacks go for them so far. Then we have the grandparents. Sam is talking to his grandfather one day who wants to explain about Dwight/Mary/Alfred and asks Sam to bring Mercedes because he thinks they both should hear it.Sam tells him he can’t because Mercedes is at her grandmother’s funeral in Virginia and this causes him to collapse of a heart attack. So Dwight’s father is Samuel sr, Sam in the presents namesake, who was married toSam’s grandma Alice when he met his friend and business partner Alfred (Mercedes’ grandfather) and his wife Annette. What happened? Well the two were in pretty much loveless marriages and fell in love, having an affair. Although Samuel wanted to leave with Annette she felt she couldn’t do it and so when Alfred found out about the affair he moved them to Virgina away from Samuel. Except they continued to meet every year for a while. When Mercedes’ dad was old enough, her grandfather sent him to live with relatives in NYC to attend McKinley prep where he met Dwight and Mary. Because lost love had made him bitter and knowing who Alfred was, Samuel sr encouraged Dwight to pursue Mary.Back in the present day Samuel sr regrets his part in the whole mess, and that’s why he encourages Sam not to give up with Mercedes. He receives a letter a few days after from Annette sent the day before she died, asking him to forget the past and the scandal and for them to love their days out together but of course she dies. What we did was a series of journal entries, old letters, flashbacks to represent situations in the past and had parallel situations in the present day that reflect why Samcedes are the most likely to make it unlike the generations before them. Not sure if it all makes sense lol but let me know if you have any more questions. Phew!I am so confused. I’m catching up on the one with bend-it-like-evans and them and my brain hurts. Wow..sorry I haven’t logged in to this account in daaaaays (read weeks). Right, northern. Well my fam is northern from Newcastle but I’m a Londoner lol It’s grim up North. TBH I still haven’t watched this, haven’t had time to and I’m not one for British terrestrial TV although I might check it out. No I wouldn’t join being as I had no clue as to the motivation etc of the character and quite honestly I can’t fit any more in. Hope you find your Finn though!:D

Yep, I have. I’ve RPed for a long time in the HP fandom doing Scorose or Draco/Ginny. Finn? I have no clue who that is so I wouldn’t really feel comfortable playing someone I have no read on. I’ve heard of it this MMFD but haven’t watched it. I tend to steer away from British terrestrial tv apart from Phil Mitchell on crack cos that is sheer TV gold. But…I may watch an episode. What is he cockney, northern, welsh, what?

What are you talking about? Who are Rileystreet girls? I am a Samcedes fan…no one kicked anyone out and honestly is doesn’t matter. They are deleting a lot of the subforums…Samcedes might be one of them. St berry, Wemma, Quick are those that will be deleted. Kum and the Kurt/Karoski subforum is already gone.
